I registered my promo code, but the reduction does not apply?

Several reasons may explain this:

  • You have already benefited from the reduction

Once my order placed, when can I expect to receive it?

Once your order is received and validated, it will be shipped within 48h/72h and you can expect receive it:
  • In Quebec: 2-3 days after the date of shipment
  • Rest of Canada: 3-10 days after the shipping date
  • Rest of the world: 1-5 weeks after the shipping date
Oops I made a mistake on the delivery address, what to do?

How do I know that my package is actually shipped?

I want to cancel or change my order?

It is possible to cancel or modify your order at any time as long as it is not yet shipped.

If however my order is shipped and I would like to modify /cancel?

Once your order is shipped, It is unfortunately not possible to modify.
To cancel, you can simply return the products received in their original packaging, unused.

If I cancel my order, when will I receive the refund?
  • If the order is being processed : The refund will be processed after 48h/72h your request and will be effective in 3-4 weeks.
  • If the order is shipped : The refund will be processed within 48h/72h after receipt of returned products and will be effective in 3-4 weeks
